"Information for Visitors"

All of the accommodation providers using the Availability System can be seen by using the links to the various areas below:-

Members wishing their property to be listed on the availability system on this website please contact webmaster@visitalnwick.org.uk

Instruction to Members:- To edit your Availability Calendar:

  1. Go to your availability calendar on above listing.
  2. Click on 'Update Calendar' link at top of your calendar page.
  3. Give your username & password
  4. Click 'Enter Admin Site' button (leave 'Click to go to full menu' unchecked).
  5. On your calendar simply click on the dates that are now booked and then click on the
    'Save Details' button at the bottom of the page.
  6. When you have finished, simply close the window.
 

To edit other details in your calendar admin area:

  1. Login as above but click on 'Click to go to full menu' before clicking on 'Enter Admin Site'
  2. Update Main Settings - edit contact details, minimum booking period, description text etc.
  3. Update Calendar Availability - edit as above.
  4. Data Backup / Restore - allows you to back up current calendar availability for extra security, if you wish.
  5. Please ignore other options.
  6. When you have finished, simply close the window.
