The property is in Jubilee Court, an award-winning courtyard development on the site of a 19th century coach-works, and named after the Jubilee Dance Hall which once occupied the site. The property is in a quiet location, but close to the centre of Alnwick, and only a short walk from shops and all the major attractions.
Number 3 Jubilee Court is a warm, comfortable town house in three storeys. It can sleep up to 5 people. The master bedroom is on the top floor. It contains a double bed, and it has en suite facilities comprising toilet, shower and wash basin. In addition, there is a single bedroom on the top floor, and also a fully fitted family bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a wash hand bowl. The large living room is also on the first floor. Included in its furniture is a sofa bed, which opens to provide a double bed. The large diner on the ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen, including a fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and microwave, and a large dining area. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
The house is equipped with two television sets, a Freeview TV receiver, a DVD player, and a CD player. Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are also available by prior arrangement. As the property has no enclosed outdoor space it is unsuitable for pets. A dedicated covered car parking space within the courtyard provides off-street parking, but there is no space for trailers. Additional vehicles can park without charge in Howick Street.
Supermarket shopping and the town centre are both within a short walk (200 yards), as is the main bus station.
